HOW TO PRE-REGISTER FOR VBS EXTREME 2008

There are two ways to pre-register for VBS. Call the church at 805-485-0111, or fill out the downloadable form below and send it in by mail (or drop it by the church).

To sign-up by mail,

• Step 1 - Download the sign-up form: VBS_SIGN_UP_FORM.pdf
• Step 2 - Print out the form and fill it out
• Step 3 - Send in the form to the church in person or mail it to:

Parents, no child will be turned away from VBS, no matter how many show up. Children may be signed up the first day of VBS, but to assist with our planning, it would help us immensly if you pre-registered you childeren.
